- Experience, training, and equipmentI began my foray into the voice over industry as the host of an in-house online video series promoting the Ohio Valley Conference and its member institutions and student-athletes. With promotional videos and podcasts added to my credits not long after, I decided to jump into narrating audio books and I have steadily accumulated the most experience in this niche. Attended a voice over classes in the Fall of 2017 taught by Mike Doran, voice actor in St. Louis. A professional background in marketing and multimedia, including audio and video production, equipped me with the technical and editing capabilities of voice over work. In-home studio with MXL V67G Large Diaphram Cardiod Codenser Microphone, Behringer U-PHORIA UMC22 2x2 Audio Interface. Current editing software includes Movie Studio Platinum and Audacity. My professional career began in the sports industry where I gained experience producing video and audio content for two Division I NCAA athletic conference offices. In small offices such as these, I was responsible for the entire project, from inception of the idea to producing, editing, and delivering the completed project.
