About Gordon
Born in Hong Kong to British parents of the Scottish military and Italian variety. Moved to Malta. Suffered English Prep and Boarding school from 7-18. Lived and worked all over the world, France, South Africa, Texas, Minnesota. Now residing with my family in Florida.
Never could lose the itch to keep moving and picking up on accents and languages along the way. Always loved acting and performance of any kind. Found out at an early age I could best be myself by being other characters: so here we are, me and all my friends, Uncle Gino, Klondike Bill, Wee Jocky and Digger to mention a few. Finally at a point in my life where we can do what we love most, perform and get paid to do it.
My natural voice is versatile. Soft calming but authoritative. No definitive English accent but can range from The Queens English to Lancashire or Dorset country. Accents include, New York Italian, English, Scottish, Irish, French and Italian plus South African and Australian.
Will perform commercial, narration, accents and characters for animation and the video industry. Am able to produce Studio Quality Recording in a timely manner, and travel if needed.
Have it on good authority that after almost thirty years of marriage that I am easy to direct, trustworthy and keep the promises I make.
