My presentation is sincere and I work hard to sound natural and allow the good writing to sell a script rather than a loud, harsh vocal delivery.
I have done narration on hundreds of program segments for the CBC in Canada,
acted as a science correspondent for Radio Canada International, produced and voiced narrations for industrial films, researched and hosted a TV series called ' The Life Changers ' which focussed on university level research and have produced podcasts for various corporations such as Erdene Resource Development Inc.
My work experience includes decades as an on air presenter, news reader, disc jockey,
and interviewer.
I narrated a radio program in the 1980's which won an International Gabriel Award,
was trained as an in house trainer with the CBC at a course which was offered in Toronto, Canada.
I own shares in three low power FM stations in New Brunswick, Canada, and perform voice tracking for them on a regular basis.
i edit with a Mac pro computer in my home studio equipped with Garageband and Logic
Express, and Soundtrack Pro.
I am proficient with Garageband and am now improving my skills with the other two software programs.
I have a Korg 1 bit recorder, Three professional level Rode mics, a Samson USB mic,
and an Olympus Field recorder.
I also have access to local, well- equipped studios.
I have deep experience as a media presentation skills trainer, have worked as a contract researcher and producer of audio, video, and TV programs.
I deal well with people and enjoy working to further develop my skills as a presenter and businessperson.
