About Genevieve
Hiya! I'm Genevieve (but you can call me Gen)
While I spent most of my childhood impersonating quirky characters from 90's cartoons, I found my knack for voice-over a little later in life, landing gigs for radio spots and TV commercials. Hailing from an acting and improv background, I've got a natural flair for comedy and a daring, playful spirit. This means I'm uniquely poised to tackle projects that require a relaxed read, great comedic timing and a smooth, warm and professional approach.
My voice tends to lend itself well to Commercial and Corporate/Educational, but I've also done animation and video games, too.
In my spare time, I spend far too much time belting out 80's karaoke tunes... usually into my makeshift 'hairbrush' microphone. Guess I'll always be a nostalgic gal at heart!
When I'm not in front of the mic, you can find me writing the copy for them. As a trained copywriter, I use the power of words to get your audience excited and motivated to take action.
