I can perform Hispanic, European, Middle Eastern accents. I do convincing older men and i have the urban street dialect as well.

I have been told for years that I have an excellent voice for radio or television for years. Looking for a way to volunteer and give back to the community, I met an individual at the Chicago Light House, a center for the visually impaired. I volunteered to read the news on air for the LightHouse, and have been doing so for a number of years. I've read numerous PSA's over the years and decided to pursue Voice Over as a career. I am convinced that I have the voice and the ability to effectively read, enunciate and provide the appropriate emotion in my read to convey the intended message. I worked with a voice-over coach, a well known Voice-over talent herself, for 2 ears to hone my craft. I've done a number of reads and auditions provided by a leading engineer here in the city of Chicago. This engineer has stated on multiple occasions how pleasant my voice sounds to him and what a pleasure it is to hear me read. I have a professional recording at my disposal along with professionals with years of experience to assist on any recordings. I found early that I can read material and express the emotion, sound and depth of the script. I have always observed the sounds and behavior of others. Thru these observations I have always had fun repeating those voices and behaviors. I've been in customer service and sales for the better part of 20 years, giving me an audience 40 hours a week. Many times I would jokingly speak in the same manner and accent as the person in front of me without being condescending, to sort of appeal to or connect with a client. The purpose of this particular exercise was to relate to the client so he would buy my product. I would read a client early in the conversation and try to give him the performance I felt they were looking for. Never to offend, just to relate. I had a decent sales career and quite a loyal following, so I assume clients appreciated my approach.
