Oh, hi there! I'm Ian. It's great to meet you. Thanks for stopping by and giving me a listen!
An elder Millennial [typically booking in the 30-45 age range], I sound young enough to still eat fast food, old enough to give peer-to-peer financial advice, and right in the sweet spot for sleepless Dads.
WHO I AM
I've been a full-time voice actor since 2015, working from my home studio in Minneapolis, MN.
I lend my voice to all sorts of projects, but typically, I work in commercial [broadcast, pre-roll & streaming], narration [corporate, medical, and eLearning/educational], Explainer videos, phone tree/IVRs, automotive ads, political ads, and promos.
My background as an actor and comic — I earned a BFA-Acting from Pace University, and performed/studied improv & sketch comedy with the UCB, People's Improv Theater, ComedySportz, HUGE Theater, Magnet Theater, and Brave New Workshop — help me naturally lock in to the story and arc of a script, bringing an authentic, human touch to everything from an over-the-top hard sell read; to a quiet, intimate, true conversational moment; right down to a bone-dry, multi-module eLearning course.

When I'm not in the booth, I'm either gardening, skiing, camping, or canoeing; going to punk rock shows; cheering on the Boston Bruins; or trying to construct the perfect sandwich.
My cats, Gigglepuss and Sassmouth, keep me company in the booth; and my pup Eenie Meanie makes sure I get out for some Vitamin D each day.
