Emma O’Neill is a multi award-winning female Canadian voice actor with over a decade of professional experience and a lifetime of performing under her belt. She specializes in radio and TV Commercials, TV narration, Television Promo, Corporate Training videos, and most recently, Audiobooks. Known for her grounded, authentic sound and an effortless ability to take direction, Emma is trusted by major brands and indie creatives alike to bring stories to life with clarity, warmth, and impact. Emma’s voiceover journey officially began in 2012, but her on-camera career started far earlier - at the age of two, when she landed a national fast-food commercial in front of the golden arches. She later earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from York University in Toronto and went on to work extensively in theatre, television, and film. After years of treading the boards in period costumes and prosthetics, she realized she preferred the creative freedom (and sweatpants!) that came with life behind the mic. Today, Emma records from her professional home studio equipped with a Neumann U87, Sennheiser 416, StudioBricks booth, and Universal Audio Apollo Twin interface. She offers seamless remote sessions via Source-Connect, Zoom, or Teams, and prides herself on quick turnarounds, clean audio, and a highly collaborative process. Clients consistently describe Emma as responsive, reliable, easy to work with, and exceptionally talented at delivering natural reads that hit the mark - whether it’s a national TV campaign or a heartfelt PSA. Emma’s voice has been featured by brands such as Netflix, Discovery Channel, MGM Resorts, Mercedes-Benz, TD Bank, Cineplex, Vaseline, and the United Nations. Outside the booth, Emma is a certified yoga and movement teacher with over 25 years of experience in Ashtanga yoga, FRC, and personal training.
