Well, when my father told me I had a face for radio I took it as a compliment. :)
I love taking words, making them my own and then getting them to jump off the page. My voice is my vehicle to do that. It's smooth, friendly and edgy when appropriate.
Most commercial work I do is Sexy, smooth, intimate, beauty kind of stuff.
Mom roles: Smooth, Warm, deep, honest, serious, sense of fun while staying in control.
Narrations are whatever it calls for: informative, calm, soulful, professional and fast paced without feeling rushed.

I studied acting in college. Loved it but stage freight took the best of me. After graduation I got a job in advertising where I was asked time and time again to lay down scratch tracks for commercials. After years of doing this and LOVING it one of the video editors offered to put together a reel for me. He said he cut so many commercials to my voice and he'd seen me grow so much over the years he thought I should pursue it professionally. I loved it so much it made sense. So I signed up for VO classes and have been taking them ever since. My coach suggested I take some improv classes to help with character building and auditioning skills. Now I've been on an indie improv team for 2 years!
I love doing voiceovers. My past acting experience makes me great at taking direction in the booth. And my love for it keeps me dedicated and focused on my sessions. When working with me you can expect professional reads, successfully taking notes with a smile and lots of laughs.
I've done commercial work, PSAs, industrial, won many new business pitches for clients, animations and promos. If I haven't done it I can't wait to get the script and make it awesome!

I've worked in and around NYC advertising agencies for many years. I've worked closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters and Art Directors so I know how to read a script and ultimately what you want form it.
I also studied acting for my undergrad and have been doing Improv Comedy here in NYC for over 3 years now so I know how to act, have fun and most importantly TAKE DIRECTION!
I've also worked in Post Production so I have written, produced and edited spots.
I get the business and I'm here to help make your project go smoothly and sound better than you and your client hoped for!
