Elizabeth's first voice over was for BRMB Radio where she found it very exciting to be picked up from school by a taxi and taken to the studio where the advert for Merry Hill Shopping Centre was cut on a traditional spool.
Since then, she has narrated for Berko Speakeasy, The Liar's League and Short Story Radio, slipping in and out of character to tell weird and wonderful tales. She used her skill for immersive storytelling, recording the audiobook for The One Plus One by bestselling author Jojo Moyes, for Penguin. She has also narrated a number of stories for children through BBC School's Radio.
She has experience in precise and articulate technical narration, (eg for FM Conway's website) informed by 2 years as GP Melody Bell in BBC1 drama, Doctors where medical terminology was regular, tongue twisting exercise.
You may also recognise her voice from advertising campaigns for Heat Magazine (Going to Luuun-don!) and the current Ryvita campaign (Fancy That), in which she also appears.
Her stand up comedy performances ensure that her characters and voices are constantly on the go and she enjoys playing a variety of interesting characters in the British Council's hit comedy 'Obla Air', which has millions of listeners worldwide.
