When a new phone system was implemented at the insurance sales office I work in, they requested to use my voice as the answering voice for our automated greeting and answering system.
Over the last year and a half I have been recording and writing scripts on a monthly basis for Naylor Audio Productions.
I have taken many vocal instruction classes for singing and am now a voice instructor myself.
I have also taken a beginning acting class
In addition to the training I have listed, I have also worked answering phone lines and handling customer service calls for approximately eight or nine years now, which requires clear communication on the speaking and emotional level.
