About Edward
(he/him)BRAVA-trained British voice artist with a warm, genuine and naturally playful delivery. My voice is equally at home sounding conversational and cheeky, clear and trustworthy, or meticulous and authoritative. I particularly enjoy commercial, corporate and narrative work, as well as characterful scripts that let me bring a little mischief, curiosity or understated humour to the read.
Away from the microphone, I work in feature animation and hold degrees in physics and computer animation. That combination of creative performance and technical experience makes me comfortable with everything from lively consumer copy to detailed, terminology-heavy scripts.
I record from my acoustically treated home studio using a RØDE NT1 microphone and Focusrite interface. My native accent is British RP/modern neutral British, and I also perform Estuary English and General American.
