My first experience with voice came when I was in elementary school. I was chosen to be the narrator for the school production of the play "Free to Be, You and Me." In high school, I was selected from auditions to be the MC for numerous school events every year. In college, I narrated video presentations for graduate students in the fine arts, science, and business schools. I taught high school for 5 years and regularly conducted teacher training sessions and was the MC for many student programs. In my current profession, I conduct training and present at conferences several times per year.
No formal training in voice overs, just the experience listed above.
Currently, as I am just beginning, I have a regular PC with a recording microphone.
I am extremely knowledgeable about science and medicine. I am a retired chiropractor and have extensive knowledge of the human body, diseases, medical terms, health care, and nutrition. I have also taught all science subjects and am very good at pronouncing difficult technical words.
