My journey began in a small, US Air Force town in Central California. I grew up spending much of my time on the Air Force base and on baseball fields. Baseball being my first love, I found another love, radio and TV. I used to listen to an on-air personality who was called, Shadow Stevens, with my father. I loved his voice and personality and my need to be involved in radio began. Following my brief baseball career, ending in junior college, I received my chance at KHTN (Hot 105) in Merced, California. I started as an intern and quickly earned my way to hosting a love dedication show. My unique voice and style earned me a show following the morning show. I was able to hone my skills further and earn a position at KBOS (B95), a higher market radio station. While there, my duties expanded to producing commercials and promos as well as voicing them. I thoroughly enjoyed that portion of the job. Other on-air personalities found it to be taxing but I loved it! I enjoyed being able to voice different types of commercials with different energies. During my time in radio, I briefly took part in an improv group and studied with an acting coach. Due to my love for comedy and characters I really enjoyed my time studying acting and in improv.
My career in radio came to an end and I entered into a career in law enforcement, becoming an officer with the California Highway Patrol. I’ve since left the patrol and found my love of voice acting never waivered. So, I’ve thrown my heart and soul into my unique sound and to provide a great product for you!
