Andrew Watson is a Bay Area–based professional, husband, and proud father of two sons, guided by a lifelong commitment to leadership, teaching, and service. Across security leadership, entrepreneurship, media, athletics, and real estate, one thread runs consistently through his work: helping people grow, advance, and navigate complex challenges with clarity and confidence.
With nearly two decades of experience rooted in law enforcement, emergency response, and executive protection, Andrew developed a strong foundation in discretion, trust, and calm decision-making under pressure. These qualities later translated seamlessly into executive-facing, sales, and advisory roles built on relationships, integrity, and results.
Andrew is also an entrepreneur who has launched two startup ventures, including HealthDonor.com, the first-ever medical crowdfunding platform. HealthDonor pioneered the use of social media and collective giving to support individuals facing urgent medical needs or inadequate insurance coverage—well before medical crowdfunding became mainstream. By blending technology, storytelling, and community, the platform helped raise critical funds for life-saving care and demonstrated how public engagement could be harnessed as a force for good.
Communication and education are central to Andrew’s identity. He holds a degree in broadcast journalism, has worked in media and television, and has produced podcasts and football-focused content that combine analysis with storytelling. His experience includes scouting and evaluating football players, breaking down performance, and translating complex ideas into actionable insight.
As a high school football coach and longtime youth sports coach in football, baseball, and soccer, Andrew has spent years mentoring young athletes on and off the field. Coaching, to him, is an extension of teaching—about preparation, discipline, and belief. One of the greatest rewards he finds is helping players deepen their understanding of the game while gaining confidence in their own abilities.
At his core, Andrew is a teacher and builder. Whether coaching athletes, founding mission-driven companies, advising clients, or leading teams, he is most fulfilled when he is inspiring others, creating opportunity, and helping people move forward. That commitment to growth—individual and collective—continues to shape his work, his leadership style, and his future ambitions.
