My experience is not what you would call extensive. But I believe I am worth taking a chance. I am nearing completion of a Bachelors degree in Digital Media Productions and I am ready to start compiling some experience. I would like to get into niche where I can offer the whole package with jingles, sound effects, soundscapes and a very able voice. I lean to the comedic but I can also deliver serious straight forward narration. I have been engineering audio for years both live and recorded so I have excellent sense of what professional sound sounds like. I am a mature individual that won't procrastinate and won't take offense to critiques from clients or other professional. I Graduated from High School so long ago there might be no record. If there is it would Ava MO 1989. I am graduating from Sanford Brown Online, formally The International Academy of Design and Technology with a Bachelors degree in Digital Media Productions in August 2014. Currently I am achieving a 4.0 GPA. What does this mean? This means I finish all of my projects on time with excellence. And the fact that this has all distance learning you can count on that I know how to deliver media remotely. Personally on top of my formal education I have done extensive studies in Audio Engineer, Editing, Writing and Advertising. Two MXL 909 Large Diaphragm Studio Microphones. One MXL 990 Large Diaphragm Studio Microphones. Two Shure SM 58 and one SM 57 An Alesis Multi-Mix Fire wire 16 Soundboard. A Tascam DR-40 Field Recorder Two computers with the Adobe Suite Including Audition. I still have Cubase LE and Audacity. Lots of Camera equipment including two Canon AHX1s Microphone stands, pop filters, cable cords. A sound proofed corner in my basement. A keyboard, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, mandolin, ukulele, drum set, shakers, tambourine, cabassa, and many talented friends that are musicians. I am looking to find full time employment in advertising. It will be a departure from twenty plus years working in residential construction. I am a videographer who has finished many projects from multi-cam theater productions to simple PSA's. I also produce Image Magnification at my local church both for web casting and simulcast. I understand that the difference between good media a poor media is the ability to tell a story. My ultimate goal is find a place where I can serve in a broader capacity from concept to completion.
