I am new to the world of voice overs! although I was the voice of my local library for many years!! I am a trained stage actress from England originally, so voice has always been a huge concern and priority for me. I am also a children's librarian so I am always reading stories out loud for big audiences which I love!!! I have always enjoyed acting and started at a young age 10. I trained with the young Shakespeare players in England. Also was a semi professional actress when I came to Canada twenty five years ago. Can do some animal noises too! I was schooled in England and after that went to drama school for 4 years where I studied voice singing and dance.I also majored in English literature and language and earned my degrees for both. I have always studied voice at a young age I took private lessons always with experienced stage actors of stage and screen. I have studied voice and diction at a number of small courses in my home town. The last course I took was last year with "Voice Coaches" who are based in New York because I wanted to pursue voice over work. They say I am a natural and with all my training taking direction comes very easy to me. Further my job is as a Children's librarian where I get more than enough training with running programs for them and their parents...and my favorite reading aloud with many character voices! No home studio. Fully equipped studio very close to my home is always accessible. Fully trained stage actress very skilled with voice techniques Train (my voice) every week with my present job as Children's librarian. I get applause after I read stories.
