About D
(she/her)Hi! I'm D Casellian, a real human voice actor specializing in enlivening characters with authenticity. I honor their unique perspectives, lending them my voice so they can share their POV's with the world.
As an aerial and circus arts performer/instructor and former stage combatant and stunt woman, I bring over 15 years of physicality with me to the booth. Guns fired? Been there. Swords swung? Done that.
I've cracked whips, put fire in my mouth, and gone crashing through glass. But I'm also attuned to the slouch of crushing exhaustion, the tightness of a chest wracked with anxiety, even the way we bounce up and down on our heels with impatience.
Characters in stories seldom sit or stand completely still. So as their voice in this reality, neither do I.
I'm as comfortable embodying giddy celebration as I am utter depravity (someone's gotta play the villain, after all). I've played loving mothers, traumatized warriors, ethereal goddesses, assault victims, and psychopaths- sometimes all in the same project.
