"Many people like to say you need high end gear to top notch music and voice overs," says P.R.E.Z.
"The fact is, you can make top notch music with some rather inexpensive hardware and software these days."
P.R.E.Z. has spent the last eight years building and refining his studio along with his skills so that the environment is conducive to creating the best results possible.
"Knowing what to do with what you have is a totally different story and speaks volumes to the individual running the equipment. I've heard terrible projects that were recorded on high end gear and fantastic projects on what's considered low end. It's not just about the equipment. It's the skill of the person using it. It's all about the end result. If it sounds like junk, who cares that you used high end gear? It's still junk."
P.R.E.Z. is owner and operator of 4Six3 Sound, a music/audio production company. 4Six3 specializes in creating songs for established artists, composing music for film and television (including commercials), creating voice overs, and are looking to develop one or two up and coming unknown artists/singers.
Our musical styles consists of a gamut of genres: pop, R&B, hip hop, soul, AC, drum n' bass, and house. They are also branching out into tribal/world music ala film style along the lines of Indiana Jones.
