I have a background in theater since gradeschool. Shortly after college, I focused more on video and radio projects.
Radio projects include specialized radio shows, ranging from comic parodies, to orignal dramas.
Recently I have been doing retro radio, reviving old time series and performing them "live to tape", and wild lined performances as well.
I have also recorded scratch tapes for PRN, a media company, and have recorded training videos for Wells Fargo, and the now defunct Excite@Home.
I am also the Line Judge in the next top spin tennis game.
At home I have several mics and a pro tools set up. I have recorded audtions, radio shows, as well as content intended for broadcast and production.
Originally I studied theater in college and took private acting classes, and continued to perform in live theater.
For the last four years, I have been taking voice over classes with VoiceTrax. I have taken a heavy load of classes, ranging from 10 hour weekend workshops, to 12 hour 4 week and 18 hour 6 week classes. Study has included, radio commercials, tv, conversational reads, acting for the mic, mic technique, character styles - including video game and animation, and narration.
I have a Pro Tools 8 system on a windows machine, that is stable. I use a digi rack 003, with a Neumann TLM 103, and a Shure KSM 27.
I also have Adobe Audition, with the cakewalk eidolod interface which i can use the same mics with.
I can upload large files to my FTP site, or send smaller files via email.
I am very friendly and easy going. I am easy to work with and take direction well. I have worked for the last 3 years with the media company, PRN. There I managed media for playback in stores such as Wal-Mart, and Albertsons grocery stores. As a result, I have a good ear for different styles of advertisements and public service announcements.
