I'm not a born self-promoter, but in the voice over case I have to say I've really done the range, and continue to do so:
TV and radio voice-overs (both character acting and narrator, mainly soft to medium sells);
narration for multimedia / e-learning / documentaries (corporate, travel, food and drink, medical, health, pharmaceutical, financial, science and technology, news etc.);
character voices for cartoons and games;
radio voice for radio programs;
EFL (English as a Foreign Language) training;
museum and gallery guides;
audio books, both narrating and voice acting;
comic voices, straight voices... you name it, I do it.
Voice-over advertising clients have included:
Allianz, Alfa Romeo, Aprilia,
Bacardi, Carlsberg, Coca Cola,
De Beers, Ericsson, Ferrari,
Heineken, Gillet,
Martini, Mastercard, Nivea,
Panasonic, Pirelli, Renault,
Samsung, Sky, Sony, Swatch, Technogym and many many more.

Initially I trained as a professional singer from 8- 13, then did a lot of theatre work at university and later in my own repertory theatre company, always attending acting courses and workshops. At 24 I started working as a voice talent doing radio and educational recordings, and from then on I've had a constant flow of work. I've learned a lot on the job over the years, taking tips from directors, producers and actors, listening to ads, radio presenters, narrators, film and theatre actors... I still listen very attentively to everything that's out there... the singing and speaking voice has always been the central passion of my life, so you kinda stay tuned in!
Audio producer:
I run a voice-over studio in Milan, Italy, that specialises in multi-language recordings / localisations. We produce terabytes of audio every month for clients that range from the world's largest corporations to the guy round the corner... so I've been an audio producer and communications consultant for over 20 years. Creative and educational author and translator:
I have written and edited advertising copy, magazine articles, educational courses, radio programmes... I have also worked as a journalist, translator, and was professor of contemporary British literature and theatre studies, also holding creative writing courses at 2 Italian universities for 12 years before I set up the Milan recording studio; my company currently translates into 65 languages and produces copy translation in English, Italian, French, German and Spanish. Singer and music consultant:
I was a professionally trained child singer - I went to a singing academy (Exeter Cathedral School, UK) from 8 to 13 years old where choral work was the name of the game, and we sung and recorded with big name orchestras and choirs - quite an experience! Today I sing jazz with various formations and am currently working on a CD; however, I don't sell myself as a singing artist, although I do offer music consultancy at my studio, where sensitivity to and management of musical issues in the context of communication is paramount.
