About Damo
I'm a Politics Grad turned stand-up comic/sketch writer, turned Ad Creative and VO artist. I've won nearly 100 international and national awards for integrated ad campaigns and have VO'd several national and international TV, radio and internet campaigns. I am largely housetrained, smell like fresh washing and get overly-excited for no particular reason.

I currently live in the US under the EA1 (extraordinary ability Visa). I can not do an American accent. Unless it's a cartoony 80-year redneck farmer accent. Regular Monthly columnist for Adline, a UK based ad industry publication. 2005-2011, Emigrated to Australia. Worked as writer on several award-winning campaigns for content agency Three Drunk Monkeys, Sydney. Accounts included - BBC Knowledge, Foxtel, Oak Milk, Unwired, Telstra. 2009: VO/On-Screen talent for Moneybox (Comedic Web Series sponsored by UBank). Across several episodes. 2011: Writer/Director of Ipso Facto (won ‘Best Film’ at Denver Laugh-track Film Fest and was shortlisted at Tropfest. 2011-2015 Headhunted to work as Senior Creative at Goodby, Silverstein, San Francisco. Again, worked across several award-winning integrated campaigns for Comcast, Specialized Bikes, Cisco. 2012 Voiced several US national radio spots for Chevy, broadcast on radio and internet. 2013 Voiced US National TV spot for Princess Cruises. 2014 Voiced UK based advert for Sesame Street. 2015 Ad Tutor for Miami Ad School. 2015-2018 Senior creative at Wieden & Kennedy, Portland. Worked across Old Spice, Dodge/Chrysler, Powerade. 2018-present. Co-Founder of LA based agency Ghostpistols. 2019 Voiced National Radio campaign for Clif Bars.
