- Experience, training, and equipmentAt Columbia College Chicago, I took classes in voice-over performance, audio mixing, voice-over for video games and motion capture, as well as voice-over for animation. I have done professional voice-over for film, live theater, and performance art projects. I have also worked on independent animation and video game projects as well. I have voice-over experience on local advertising in radio and tv spots. I have done audio books and podcasts as well as voice-over for industrial training materials. Most of my experience is working at on-site recording studios. However, recently I have set up a small recording booth at home. I work from home with a variety of editing software and equipment.
