I am currently employed by a major financial institution providing live customer interaction using precise scripting, for legal, procedural ,and informational purposes.
I currently have been employed with my company for 11 years and have a firm grasp of the power of the voice. To connect with the client in a wide range of issues of informing, resolving issues, and selling the customer for a positive reflection of the company and my integrity delivering the message. This is accomplished by giving a clear, smooth, and direct voice communication to the customer.
My training came with the job. Six weeks of formal training in the classroom.
I have directly spoken with over 175,000 people over my 11 years with my current position. It is this experience that has given me opportunity to judge changing situations and scenarios in a fast paced work place. I can change with the atmosphere and environment very quickly and in a professional manner.
