It's in the blood. Father was well-known, CBS announcer/news anchor for 35 yrs, Bob Hite. Remembered for narrating Cronkite's evening news. Before that was narrator of The Lone Rranger and other beloved radio shows at WXYZ, Detroit. Mother was a casting director. Brother, also Bob Hite, senior anchor at WFLA, Ch.8, Tampa for 29 years. We often work together.
I studied opera for 3 years and am an accomplished vocal performer and guitarist who has performed solo and with orchestras of all sizes. Life-long theatrical experience, Shakespeare, Moliere & modern. I attended Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, and had a radio show there. Received my BS in Organizational Mgt from Palm Beach Atlantic University, West Palm Beach.

I am a former fencing champion who still competes now and then and still fences recreationally - it's all good for the spirit and the voice!
