I have wide experience in amateur dramatics, where I have played a variety of different roles. I have just finished recording the first part of a voice-over for a DVD about country crafts for an agricultural museum in East Kent, which is in process of production. I have also undertaken voice acting for a radio play for a student at Christ Church University.
I have learned how to use my voice in different ways by participating in amateur dramatics, answering the telephone in a work situation, where the first contact people have, and therefore impression of the organisation, is the person on the phone.
I have an excellent understanding of and confidence in both English grammar and the spoken word. I always try to get the correct emphasis and bring words to life.
