I'm new to the market, but my experience comes from school assignments, projects with friends, and experience at the San Diego Multimedia Arts School for voice talent.
I'm a proud owner of a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Concentration in Advertising and a Minor in Radio/TV/Film.
Advertising classes involved producing radio/tv spots. From planning, to writing, to recording, to editing, to presenting.
Took several journalism classes in college before switching over to advertising and was the Arts and Entertainment Editor of my high school newspaper.
Interned at Citadel Broadcasting Corporation and worked for KLOS and KABC radio stations.
Was involved in acting in high school and college.
Have been singing all my life in front of an audience and in the privacy of my own home. A member of several different choirs. I've done parties, weddings, funerals, church services, etc.
I auditioned and was accepted into the San Diego Multimedia Arts School run by voice talent/producer/instructor, Dru Scott.
Currently own, but meaning to expand upon...a Rode Podcaster dynamic capsule microphone with mount. I can connect to my computer using USB cable where I record and edit to the program Audacity. However, I do also have Adobe Soundbooth installed on my computer.
Worked at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California where I was able to observe a diverse variety of people and the way they speak. Communication skills have also been practiced at the Resort through daily recitation of spiels for entertainment purposes as well as for safety concerns.
