People remember how you make them feel. Creating a connection with your audience is how they remember you. I've been in the radio business for 26 years, doing voice work for commercials and station imaging since 1997. Over the course of my career, I've had the pleasure of working in stable environments such as CBS Radio & iHeart Radio, and currently own my own freelance imaging business, Audiofreak Creative, LLC, now in it's 5th year.
Bachelor's Degree in broadcasting from SUNY Brockport, along with 26 years in the radio business, writing and producing station commercials, and branding (imaging). My work has been heard on stations in New York City, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, and many more.
I have a small set up at home, with ProTools and a Sterling Audio Mic, set up through a Digi 003 Rack, on a Mac.
I take direction well.
Over the course of my career, I've coached many voice talents in the recording of commercials, and find I have a strength in working with less-experienced voice talent.
This has helped me develop my "ear" over the years, and allows me to "hear" myself when voicing.
Twenty six years in the radio business has taught me to be humble and understanding of the goal of each client. I am willing to work with the client to achieve the desired sound and vibe. I respect people's time and effort, and feel rewarded with a client's satisfaction.
I love what I do, and have met some wonderful people throughout my career. I look forward to meeting and working with with new people.
