I have commercials running consistently on TV.
I've done TV commercials, messages on hold/on-hold announcements, voicemail greetings, films, documentaries, radio, musical comedy, drama, tragedies, choir, solos; a myriad of performances for more than 20 years.
There's the Oil Stop ad that ran on TV in the Northwestern and Southern states. That was fun!
I was the on-hold message for Allerderm Laboratories, a division of Dow Pharmacuticals, for years.
And that emergency fill-in when the talent didn't show. Impressed the sox off the producer that I could just come in, record and be done.
I do on-going voice workshops at Radio Magic in Sonoma, California to keep my talents honed.
Then there's The Voice Factory where I studied for two years. And the singing lessons. Can't forget the singing lessons. Not to mention a lifetime of Theatre Arts. I am on stage, in front of the camera and at a microphone as often as possible. Especially in front of the mic. That's my favorite!
Voice over work is my life. You're going to be hearing me for a long, long time.
Most of all I have FUN! Voice acting is the most fun I've ever had at work. This is important in a voice over career, if you're not having fun, the listener can certainly hear it. Even the serious reads are fun. there's nothing in the world like voice acting.
I'm a quick study, able to get the jist of what the client is looking for and determined to deliver a professional job in a reasonable amount of time.
Give me a try.
