I'm an unflappable and talented writer with a young and clever writing AND speaking voice. I've been writing and meeting deadlines for over 15 years. My ad copy and feature stories have focused mostly on food.
Having been yelled at by many a chef in cooking school for wrongly trussing a chicken, creating cloudy consommés and burning pans, I've developed a thick skin, sense of humor and appreciate direction!
That said, I can write about the same piece of chocolate cake umpteen different ways---and can freshly voice it for you, too!
