Carly identified as a "theater kid": she has been performing on stage and behind microphones since an early age. Naturally, she grew up to pursue acting, and earned a BFA in Theatre from Adelphi University. Later, working in a prominent music school on the Upper East Side of Manhattan teaching music and art to very young children, she was inspired to return to graduate school, and earned a Master of Arts in teaching from Queens College. All of this education and experience boils down to this: Carly has a natural knack for communication and knows how to use the spoken word to get through to a variety of audiences. She studies voice over with Danielle Quisenberry through Edge Studio in NYC. When not voicing, Carly loves doing all the crafts, cooking, singing, reading, listening to podcasts, spending time with her huge extended family, and drinking coffee. She is married to her college sweetheart, and lives in Connecticut with a son who keeps her on her toes and a rescue mutt named Millie.
