I have actively worked with community radio for many years, providing my voice for a slew of commercial advertisements. My passion for voice lies in character work for animation and games though. I had the wonderful opportunity to provide a multitude of voices for a Monster High School pilot, this experience really solidified my desire to grow within the voice industry.
I graduated with a Diploma of Screen Acting from the Film and Television Institute in Fremantle Western Australia. Whilst I was here I was provided with many opportunities to work on my voice and this is where my passion for the craft began.
Since graduating, I have worked in community radio for many years and have also provided my services for both animation and commercials. I continue to hone my craft with on going training in Improvised Theatre and Screen Acting, which I use to assist me in character creation. This has helped me broaden my tool kit of characters that I can bring to the fore in all the jobs I acquire.
My primary craft is acting. I'm currently working consistently within the Canadian Film and Television industry as well as the Improvised Theatre scene within Vancouver BC.
This craft work has really helped me develop my voice and how to utilise it in different circumstances. This has really helped me diversify my character choices and give me the freedom to explore different vocal choices when required.
