My name is Bill Shippen. My Stage Name is Steve Morgan I am a Professional British Voice Actor based in Georgia, USA. I am available for Radio & TV Commercials, Documentary Narration, Station Id's, Jingles / Session vocals, Audio Books, Video Games, Cartoon Characterizations, Movie Trailers, IVR, Educational - E learning Modules etc. I have a variety of Voice Over Demos available on request. I obtained my full permanent U.S Residency / Work Permit (Green Card) in 2005. I have been involved in the entertainment industry for 20 years.. I am a professionally trained actor and I have worked in TV / Film productions for the BBC, Channel Four, and Elstree, Pinewood Film Studios. In addition I have extensive Experience as a professional Lead and Backing Vocalist, [Very useful for Radio / TV Jingles - Session Work. I have good harmonic abilities and can emulate many vocal styles and musical genres: Blues, Rock, Country, RnB, Soul, Gospel, Big Ballads, Jazz.. etc. Love music from the 30s thru 90s. Ideal for Jingles, Sessions, Demo / Reference Track Singer, Backing Vocalist My voice is very versatile and adaptable offering rich, clear tones [Deep, Low, Mid and High register pitch ranges.] Age ranges : Kids, Teens, 20-30s / 40s -50s I can deliver many colorful and unique voice characters in a variety of authentic British Accents and Dialects including: Scots, Welsh, London Cockney , Yorkshire, Geordie etc..
