I haven't ever really had a job, once before. So now, I'm trying my best to get one!
I can act really well, and I've done a few plays, where I I was the Wicked witch of the west, (With the perfect laugh I might add. Yehahahahahaw) or a loud mouth nurse, in romeo and juliet, and when a simple school girl, talking about the presidents.
It was fun pretending that was, but now I want to be! I want to be, and feel like I'm one of the characters, Like I write and narrate my own stories. Making sure my voice fit each and every one of my characters perfectly. Its simply lovely!
As I stated, I never really been in programs for it, but I've watched many anime tv shows, and studied the way some acted, after all, voice acting, is jsut acting, but with your voice. And I would feel more comfortable doing so, then in an audience.
Anyhow.
I watched spirited away once, with the two disk special, and I saw how they do the voices. The girl from Lilo and stitch, had to wait for a certain beep to talk, and couldn't mess up, she had to match her voice with the character perfectly, no time to stop!
which I am practicing, and making sure I can do! Which, I'm not too shabby at. =)
I like to practice with cartoons, where I memorized everything they say, then turn the volume off, and match my words, with their lips.
Well, I'd guess I'd have to say my writing, and art, helps me get into the mood to do all sorts of voices. I have many comics, and stories, that I like to make up. I make all sorts of differen't and unique characters, and making sure I can be all of them at once, I guess I can say it helps me choose different ways to do my voice, if ever in a job doing so.
