Law: Juris Doctor degree: disclaimers and straightforward delivery.
Role-playing: decades of experience with improvising character voices for hobby use.
Writing: Undergrad level coursework in creative and technical writing, JD level legal writing
Anthropology minor (including Linguistics) Undergrad level coursework: nuts and bolts of languages, aware of basic elements of linguistic theory and comparative linguistics.
Independent film: speaking roles in shorts for The Wazoo Show, entries in The 48-Hour Film Project, and other short films.
Non-voice work as an extra (often uncredited, but see my entry at the IMDB) in movies and TV has allowed me to observe seasoned professionals (actors and directors) on several occasions.
