Barry's rich, warm, fun-loving voice has been described as the voice of 'the Dad you wish you had.' A baritone-bass with an expressive range, Barry's voice-overs can range from young to old, naive to world-weary, and from sincere, warm, fatherly concern to the slightly off-kilter, goofy dad that parents chuckle at and kids gravitate to. Barry's studio setup includes state-of-the-art digital recording equipment and Cakewalk Sonar software. Files can be delivered via the internet (e-mail or FTP) in a wide variety of audio formats or via overnight CD. An excellent singer, bass/baritone/falsetto, Barry can cover ranges from folk (James Taylor) to operetta (Howard Keel/Robert Goulet) to rock (Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen). Barry also writes and records original classic rock songs at his home studio, playing guitar, bass, keys, and synth, singing lead and background vocals. Dialects: American Midwest, American South, American New England, English (various), Australian, Irish, Monty Python, Scottish, Finnish/Fargo/Yooper.
