Hi, I'm Ashley. My voice is warm, clear and natural: the kind people trust and feel comfortable listening to. My son was born weighing just 1 lb. 10 oz., and it feels like we have spent years in healthcare waiting rooms. I've had to find creative ways to keep him entertained, and reading to him has become our favorite. I bring children's books to life with voices and characters, and I've often noticed other families in the waiting room listening and watching too. That's when I realized I had a gift for storytelling. I have the other side too: the calm, reassuring voice I use with the adults around me. Before voice work, I spent 15 years as a Radiologic Technologist, working with patients of every age, from newborns to the elderly, including in the emergency department. That taught me how to explain things calmly and clearly and how to put people at ease. It makes me a natural fit for healthcare, wellness, e-learning, government and explainer projects, as well as children's stories and audiobooks. I record, edit and deliver finished, broadcast-ready audio from my own home studio, and I turn projects around quickly and take direction well. Based in Huntsville, Alabama. I'd love to bring your script to life!
