My cousin 'hired' me for my first VO job before I even became an actor or had a single minute of training. I imagine my skin would crawl if I ever listened to that again...Since then I have portrayed characters in anime, animation & video games; done radio-imaging for a popular podcast; voiced a slew of commercials, multiple audiobooks, anthologies, and narration.
Graduated from Brown University in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in History (Early Modern European with an Emphasis on Colonialism) which means I'm fairly useless at Biology and Calculus, but I can tell you all about divorce laws in the Dutch East Indies circa 1600.
I completed a two-year acting program at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts in 2012 before moving to LA.
I've studied with Nancy Wolfson, Charlie Adler, Mick Wingert, Debi Derryberry, Dave Fennoy, Chris Borders, The Kalmensons, Ben Patrick Johnson, Joyce Castellanos, Gene Cordes, Pat Fraley, Scott Brick, Lynnanne Zager, Lesly Kahn, Jill Alexander, Killian McHugh and Kirk Baltz.
(I have a pretty decent understanding of both visual and audio editing through directing and producing web-series.)
I have a professional in-home studio - complete with a Sennheiser 416, a CAD Large Diaphragm Supercardioid Condenser mic, an Apollo Twin MkII Audio Interface, a Manley VOXBOX pre-amp, a Universal Audio 610-B Pre-Amp, the requisite two furlongs of cables and TwistedWave audio editor.
