About Arlene
When I was young, I used to practice reading newspapers and mimic news anchors. I also read the backs of shampoo bottles, detergents, lotions and whatever I could get my hands on, in the best radio voice I could imitate. I have cassette tapes of me pretending to be a radio DJ, “giving away” $10,000 to my baby sister, who was impersonating a listener, if she could tell me what song was playing on the radio. It makes me smile to think of how my life was lined up for me and how it led me to where I am now. I have been a morning show personality and DJ, in the Corpus Christi market, for 21 years. I have done countless voiceovers for commercials and radio imaging. This profession chose me, and I LOVE what I do. I am a hard worker and I understand urgency and the “I needed this yesterday" mentality. I will be more than happy to deliver my voice to you, with a smile.
