When I first started in Radio News Broadcasting (1985) I already had the voice. Some used to say they would kill to have my beautiful voice. They used to tease me and say it didn't matter what the news was about, but that people would listen just to hear my soft, soothing and sultry voice. At the time I didn't think they were complimenting me but now I know differently.
Over the years I've perfected writing my news stories and short documentaries but the delivery was always the most important! And that, most of the time, was live.So I only had one shot at it and it had to be right.
I do have some production experience but at this time no studio to play in. I do mean play, because creating a work of art was one of the most rewarding and exciting things I have ever done. I have produced commercials for advertisers but not on a large scale. My voice has been used in many local commercials as well as the "replay show" that I produced for evening broadcasts and weekend shows. The re-play was created from the funniest morning show bits that I co-hosted for nearly five years.
So the voice is here ..from a dubius teacher to a sultry siren.. I can sound the way I need to in order to capture the ear and captivate the minds of the audience.
I have a BS in Criminal Justice which has nothing to do with voice overs. I also have nearly 13 years in broadcasting which has alot to do with voice, inflection and delivery of any subject. I have been a news author/broadcaster to a funny radio show co-host. I do have production experience but have no studio at this time.

Documentaries, news stories, public speaking, live volunteer and donation center recruiting.
I am basically an advocate for the underdog and have fought many battles for those less forunate than myself. As a professional recource person at the Dept of Social Services I have been able to locate and get donated, most everthing my clients needed from diapers to medicine and to homes and food. The one thing that sets me apart from the other employees there is that I truly believe in people and know first hand (by my own misfortune)that a helping hand should always be a hand up and doesn't have to be a hand out. I really enjoyed the chance to reach thousands every morning on the radio to get out the word and recieve tremendous feedback.
One just never knows what will happen tomorrow or if he or she may be sitting on the other side of the desk in need. Both radio and DSS gave me a rewarding and fulfilling opportunity.
