It is now available on Amazon via Audible. It's terribly funny and there were a few spots where a retake was an absolute necessity as I could not continue for laughing! Deadlines was a voice over animation for a video company. 2 minutes of speaking very quickly yet reassuringly professional so lawyers would like and understand the product! I was hired to voice the dragon in the Facebook game Dragon Rush and since I have always wanted to be in cartoons, that was very exciting! I volunteered for the Audio Information Network of Colorado for about a year and a half so I have lots of practice with a news voice. AINC runs a variety of shows on digital cable and provides an audio version of news and information to those who cannot or prefer not to read it in their local newspapers. I read the Jefferson County News, a one hour show every Tuesday morning. I have a Bachelor's in English from Colorado State University. I took a seminar from George Lee, and that is what got me started on this path of vocal entertainment. Voice classes at Denver Center for Performing Arts were next along with some one on one training with a local voice coach. I have also taken several online professional development classes with Edge Studio. I really enjoyed the performance classes that David taught. Very helpful for developing and practicing different styles. I have a Shure Beta microphone and use the Audacity recording program with a Tascan US-144 USB 2.0 interface. I am running Mac OS X v 10.6 on a Macbook Pro. I have a background in sales in the veterinary and computer publication industries. I am familiar with many medical terms and procedures as well as computer mainframe and software terminology. So I can geek out with the best of them!
