I was an amateur voice talent for a few years prior to going professional including the odd CBC gig and being a DJ at CKUW for 4 years.
I then got a job as the voice of movie channel IFC Canada and gained intensive experience performing one session a week for 5 years. These included content warnings, movie trailers, menu frames, bumpers, contests, commercials etc. IFC are still using my voice.
I then became the station voice of 99.1 Groove FM performing similar duties as IFC.
Throughout, I've performed many other commercials for a variety of clients tweaking my skills beyond the station voice genre. I've worked with many different writers, producers, engineers and clients including Investors Group, Pollard Banknote for Cadillac Riches (Ohio, Massachusetts, Kansas), Ducks Unlimited, ICS, Futureshop, MTS and MPI
