About Angel
Angel Stafford is a native New Yorker born and raised in the Bronx, and a graduate of the famed High School of Performing Arts where she trained as a dancer. Since moving from the East coast Angel began a career in voice over.
After debuting her narration work in the audiobook GODDIE written by Robert Picart, Angel garnered a nomination for best audiobook biography narration from the Society of Voice Arts and Sciences. She has also voiced numerous tv and radio spots for healthcare, tourism and e-learning.
You can also hear Angel's voice in the award winning short film Back to Normal, written by Cecilia De Jesus about the lives of two adorable blobs named Red and Orange as they navigate the complexities of the global pandemic. This impactful film made its debut at the 2023 LA Latino Film Festival and recently became the winner of the 2024 Omaha Film Festival's Best Animated short.
Angel's animation work includes the 5th season of the animated children's series “Lucy's Workshop!” where Angel voices 6 year old science dynamo Lucy Wisenhower who makes it her preschool mission to teach kids the benefits of safety, health and good hygiene. Oh yeah and she sings too!
