I have been reading in voices for many years to the delight of my children and others. I started practicing accents in high school. I have only been paid to do one job, which was reading scripture in Spanish for a religious audiobook. I am not professionally trained, but my voice is versatile and I know how to use it. I seek out tips and resources from other voice actors whenever I can. I am currently using a Yeti Microphone along with Mixcraft Studio 6 software. I have done many readings in front of live audiences for my community. I read children's books often to my kids using a variety of voices for the characters, and I use sound effects to make the stories more interesting.
