About Angela
(She/Her)Angela Scappatura is an award-winning voice actor, audiobook narrator, singer and former network news journalist. She has narrated nearly 200 titles for audio publishers including Hachette, Penguin Random House, Simon and Schuster, Harper Collins, Brilliance, Podium and Tantor.
Angela has voiced documentaries and short-form audio. And she has narrated everything from thriller and nonfiction to romance and fantasy.
She won the 2024 SOVAS Award for Outstanding Audiobook Narration – Romance (under her pseudonym Angelina Rocca).
A classically trained vocalist and pianist, she has performed with her jazz and blues band nationally, as well as internationally, over a career spanning more than two decades.
