Since 2009, I've worked in commercial audio production as a sound designer and composer. This role led me to spend significant time directing voice talents.
Early on, I found that simply describing the task or the desired voice properties wasn't enough. Words, no matter how precise, often failed to convey the real message, leading to lengthy sessions and countless takes.
To solve this, I began reading the script myself to demonstrate 'the how.' This was the breakthrough! It immediately improved the entire workflow, allowing the studio to handle more projects efficiently.
After a successful 16-year career in the city, I've made a pivotal change: I left city life, moved to the village, and built my own dedicated home studio. My focus is now entirely on remote audio work, with a special emphasis on voiceover projects, where I leverage my unique directing experience as a professional voice artist.
