Throughout my career, I have appeared in TV shows on CBS, ABC, and NBC including sitcoms, soap operas and commercials. Classically trained at UCLA, my regional theatre experience ranges from Shakespeare to Comedy Improv. Early on, I learned that making people laugh was my superpower. My sense of humor is understated, witty and sarcastic and includes the ability to laugh at my own foibles! I am conversant in both French and Spanish. Accents include British RP, most Southern dialects, Russian and Yiddish. Of Eastern European descent, my family observed the most important Jewish holidays (Hanukkah!) Embracing sobriety thirteen years ago is one of my proudest achievements and the process of getting sober has taught me to be compassionate and empathetic. I am a lifelong learner with interests in the areas of Self-Help, Biography, Memoir and Psychology, as well as Spirituality and Productivity. My tone is warm and friendly yet maintains the voice of the expert. I am certified as a Health Coach by the prestigious Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and love narrating books about health and wellness as well as diet, healthy nutrition and fitness.
