Arvie Lowe Jr is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Boots in the 1992 film Disney's the Musical NEWSIES. His other acting credits include Smart Guy, Sister, Sister, and Jessie. Lowe has held campaigns for General Mills (Reeses Puffs), McDonalds, COX Communications, Xcel Energy, and most recently NBC Universals full slate of programming across all platforms. As as writer and Graphic Artist, Lowe launched Surreal 16, inc to cover most of his creative endeavors.
