British Posh and Proper, Cockney, Irish, Slavic, French, Icelandic. North Dakota, Smokey Southern Belle, Southern Twang both Texan and straight up hillbilly, Cali Valley Girl, Brooklyn, Long Island, New Jersey, Boston Tough. Cartoon voices of grumpy old men, helpful cats with endearing speech impediments, gummy bears, hysterical hippies, birds with attitude, polite extra terrestrials, and sinus pressure sufferers. All of which I enjoy immensely.

I had just finished grilling a witness on the stand of an LA county courthouse when someone first said to me, "You should be on the radio!" It was my first mock trial case as leading prosecutor many of our wins were attributed to my apparent power behind the microphone. I was already an actor but learning to use a mic in front of so many people led me to the world of voice work, which I initially practiced by recording the messages for family and friends' answering machines and office answering services! Since then I've taken every opportunity I could in and out of the performance arts that I thought put my voice to good use. I've done staged readings as performer and narrator in the hotInk Festival in NYC and became a reader for film auditions. I then started narrating documentary projects while studying workshop theatre in South Africa, one of which became an award winning film in Johannesburg! I graduated from The Tisch School of the Arts at NYU with a BA in Fine Arts as a Drama Major. While I was there I studied voice over at The Stonestreet Film and Television Studio and vocal production at the Lee Strasberg Institute. I've taken voice over lessons with private coach Karen Braga, coached and recorded with casting director Andy Roth, who founded the voice over department at CESD. I've taken courses in voice and speech, accents and dialects, animation vocal performance, and song performance. I'm an actor and I'm excited to work in all the different variations of my field, viewing any chance to perform in some way, using the tools and skills I've honed for years, as a terrific opportunity. I'm motivated, hardworking, and talented and I'm eager to join up with people as dedicated as I am. I am also very comfortable with public speaking and really enjoy it!
