I was discovered while performing original Ukulele songs on the streets in Osaka, Japan. My first commercial project was to write and perform a song for a National (Panasonic) radio commercial. The song was called "Itsuka kodomo wo tsukurou" (translates to Let's Make a Baby Someday) which was aired nationwide.
I have a long list of both voice work and musical accomplishments. These include from Radio and TV commercials, podcast show host, etc...
I have done radio commercials (narration, characters and writing/performing/singing songs) for companies such as National (aka Panasonic), Docomo, Risona Bank, Wanda, Nippon Ham, Hanshin Highway, Kansai International Airport, Parque Espana, etc...
My television experience includes commercials for companies such as Docomo, Recruit, Gunze, DOMO, Suppin Beppin Kurosekken, and Kiraria. Again, I did a wide range of work for these TV commercials, including narration, writing songs, performing songs (voice, ukulele, and keyboard), character voice acting. I was also a regular voice (character voice acting) for the TV program MM-TV in the Kansai Area.
I performed these jobs in both the Kansai area and Tokyo area in Japan from 2003 - 2009, just before I moved to the US.
I took various lessons from Goropia and Discovery Entertainment in Osaka, JP. I studied a wide range of topics, including character voicing, narrative voicing, voice projection, breathing, singing, etc...
I have access to a very simple home studio (Boss BR-900) and a professional condenser microphone.
As I have mentioned in the work history section, I also can sing, play ukulele and keyboard, and write songs and sing. I usually write songs with ukulele and keyboard, but also have easy access to write with a guitarist. I have both acting and modeling training / experience.
