Agaytha B. Corbin, CEO & Board President, Community
Development Corporation Resource Consortium
(CDCRC) as well as Senior Consultant, N’Tegrity
Group, LLC has made her mark in the Dayton area as
a community development consultant, community-based
educator and trainer.
Agaytha has developed a stellar reputation for being a
pioneer in the Mortgage Industry. During her 11 years
of work in the banking industry, Agaytha developed
and managed the Dayton area Emerging Market (low-
moderate income housing market) Offices for Wells
Fargo Home Mortgage. She holds certifications as a
HUD certified Homebuyer Counselor, a CRIAA Certified
CRA Community Development Counselor and Freddie
Mac/Fannie Mae Products Certified Loan Officer. She also created a Small Business
Administration Technical Assistance program for small minority owned businesses under
the CDCRC Inc in 2006. She is the lead TA provider for SBA loan programs in the
CDCRC Inc agency. In 2007 and 2008 her and the CDCRC Inc agency closed over
$1.37 million in loan amounts under the SBA Community/Patriot Express loan in the
Ohio urban market.
Seeing the disparity not only in minority homeownership, but also in access to capital
for small businesses, limited resources for small grassroots agencies and the many
predatory lending practices overtaking her community, she became the principle driving
force behind creating the Community Development Corporation Resource Consortium
(CDCRC) whose vision is to become a community-based vehicle providing collaborative
opportunities that will leverage community resources, create platforms for economic
change, increase capacity for non-profit organizations and strengthen micro-enterprise
development opportunities in underserved areas. As Board President and CEO of the
CDCRC, she has helped to facilitate the development of the Dayton Area Community
Grant Center, a resource for community-based agencies to have grant research and/or
grant writing services provided for them at a nominal fee.
As a Senior Consultant for N’Tegrity Group, LLC she has earned great respect in the
areas of community-based education and training, organizational development as well
as for fundraising and resource development. She has played an integral part in raising
funds for the annual Health and Economic Empowerment Expo, the Your Neighborhood
Block Party, the Dayton Area Small Business Round Table and many other community-
based initiatives.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management and has
been recognized for her many contributions to her community. She has established
relationships with many local bankers, city officials, city and county government as
well as at the state and federal levels. She has worked in Corporate America as well
as in Community Development for over 10 years. She has gained a well-deserved
reputation for being a master facilitator of corporate/community collaborations and for
“getting things done; whatever it takes.” Her compassion for people and passion to
see her community empowered has earned her the respect of many and has allowed
her to become a representative voice for her community. She is also winner of several
community initiative awards.
